Decision making checklist based on PMI
-

In project management we make decisions on a daily basis. Most are relatively unimportant; some are critical and will cause the project to be successful or to fail. To ensure we make rational, unbiased decisions, critical decision-making requires you to:
Obtain complete and accurate data
- Exam your logic and your biases
- Examine your premises
- Be aware of your motivations
- Think through both short-term and long-term impacts
- Know your own limits (be humble)
- Check with others
- Be comfortable with resulting uncertainty
